Fraxel DUAL laser resurfacing procedure works by treating tiny columns of tissue within the larger treatment zone, leaving some areas untouched by the laser. Most patients have four treatment procedures spaced one month apart. Results are immediate and progressive, with optimal improvement usually visible in 2-3 months.
